Delivery and Substitution policy:

Flower delivery to Petaluma, Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Novato and surrounding communities.  Same day delivery available for orders placed by 11am. Occasionally same-day product ordered may not be available, especially during busy holiday time. If this occurs, we will either substitute with similar style and quality, or contact you to let you know. 

Photo Policy: Occasionally we are asked to provide a photo of our flower designs. We try to accommodate these requests, but please understand that our design studio is not set up for photography, and sometimes our design team is too busy to stop to take a photo of each order. 

Flowers are delivered fresh to the recipient's doorstep. In the event the recipient does not answer, flowers will be carefully placed on the doorstep or safe location. Our drivers follow a delivery route and cannot always accommodate a specific delivery time. 

Please note, if there is a security gate on the site, we will follow instructions to enter, but if we are unable to enter normally, we will not tresspass on anyone's property in order to deliver flowers. Please be sure to include instructions about how to access the gate.
